A wide range of Epson business inkjet MFPs now compatible with Watchdoc Embedded Solution

Epson devices now integrate with Watchdoc Embedded Solution by Doxense, combining the low running costs, reduced intervention and environmental impact, and high reliability of Epson’s MFPs, with the ability to control and manage print volumes to reduce operational expenses. Through the solution, businesses of any size can recover, manage, and account print, copy, fax and scan output via a user login or card ID on a fleet of printers.

Patrick Perrot, market development manager, Epson Europe, says: “Watchdoc Embedded Solution’s compatibility helps to tap into the full potential of our business inkjet MFPs. We are committed to our successful strategy of making Epson devices compatible with a variety of printing solutions, helping to meet specific and changing customer requirements as business goals and enterprise IT systems evolve.”

“As a software company, this partnership is very important for us,” said Vincent Lemaire, CEO of Doxense. “We share a high number of Epson values, such as customer satisfaction. The Watchdoc embedded interfaces for Epson provide even more services and ergonomics to users in order for them to reduce their costs and environmental impact. We are proud to strengthen our portfolio of supported brands with a major manufacturer such as Epson. Its customers will now be able to benefit, allowing them to maximise their efficiency and productivity while providing secure management of their document flow through this very complete solution.”

Watchdoc embedded into a wide range of Epson models enables the following benefits:

  • Cost control and visibility of spending by user, service, location, device or application.
  • Allocate quotas or budgets to users, departments, or groups.
  • Intuitive supervision console for multi-sites and servers.
  • Secure job release with 'Find Me' pull printing.
  • Simplified mobile and BYOD (Bring Your own Device) printing.

Watchdoc runs on mixed-fleet environments, meaning that Epson models can be integrated into a multi-brand fleet, including a range of A4 and A3 models. Its compatibility with an ever-increasing range of Epson devices is thanks to Epson Open Platform. Find out more, including which Epson devices are compatible, at www.epson.eu/eop
